New tab with some kind of visual log

The current log is somewhat cryptic. For casual users, it would be nice to have the possibility to easily identify what programs have used the CPU intensively since PL was started. I suggest therefore to add a tab, similar to the Active Process tab, but with the processes that have been restrained by PL during the past few hours. This will help identify the CPU hogs. Thanks!
